I am traditionally not supportive of computer based training (CBT). Your training on the PEC is however, first class. I commend you and your staff. Very well organized, presented and the content is remarkable. You have taken many of the small things that plague technicians and addressed them head on. Where Eddyfi’s training was meager you have set a new standard in CBT.
